By using our Services, you consent to your data being processed in South Africa and other countries where our partners operate.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Some Services may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Unless otherwise stated:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
No refunds are issued for unused features, partial periods, or inactivity.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You use the Services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jittercat Holdings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jittercat Holdings, its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Arbitration: All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Gauteng, South Africa, unless mandatory local law grants you the right to resolve disputes in your jurisdiction.

Our Services may include integrations with third-party services (e.g., app stores, ad networks, analytics tools). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, government action, or internet outages.
